Stella Order Form

(In addition to ordering Stella packets, you can also have Stella come and visit your school! Here's how.)

Note: All orders must be sent through the mail. No order will be final until you print out the form (when instructed) and mail it to Susie along with your check or purchase order written to Susan Schreiber.

Stella packages are available for grades 4 through 8. In addition, there are also two high school packets available, one for Algebra and one for Geometry. Packets can be purchased and shared by teachers within a school as the license for the materials is a site license.
Each grade level package consists of a CD-ROM with the following in Microsoft Word format:

• One four-tiered practice problem
• 16 four-tiered problems; four problems in each of the four proficiencies:
  • Numbers and Number Relationships
  • Geometry and Measurement
  • Probability and Statistics
  • Patterns, Functions and Algebra
• 16 detailed solution letters from Stella
• A copy of the Advanced Stella Certificate to give out to Advanced students
• Suggestions on how to use Stella in your classroom
